Italy implements Environmental Information Directive

Italy has implemented Directive 2003/4/CE on free access to environmental information with Decreto Legislativo 19 agosto 2005, n. 195, "Attuazione della direttiva 2003/4/CE sull'accesso del pubblico all'informazione ambientale". The law has been published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 222 on 23 settembre 2005. The text is available at:
